DK88 Account Rules and Conditions of Play

These Terms of Use set out the rules that apply to every DK88 account and to your use of the platform. Together with the Bonus Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and the AML/KYC Policy referenced in the site footer, this document forms the complete contract between the operator and each registered user. Registering and depositing on DK88 confirms your acceptance of these Terms in full.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

Registration and play on DK88 are open only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the higher legal minimum age set by the laws of the jurisdiction from which they access the platform. Where local law imposes an age above 18, that higher figure applies to accounts based in that jurisdiction. The Terms confirmation checkbox on the sign-up form is a formal declaration that this age condition is met.

Users must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to them. It is the sole responsibility of the user to determine whether their participation is lawful in their place of residence before opening an account.

Prohibited Territories

Access to the platform is not permitted from a defined list of jurisdictions. Attempts to register or play from these territories will result in the account being closed and any balance withheld pending review, in line with the platform’s AML controls.

The current Prohibited Territories list covers: Aruba, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belize, Bonaire, Comoros, Curaçao, France, Germany, Netherlands, Russian Federation, Saba, Sint Eustatius, Sint Maarten, Singapore, Spain, United Kingdom, and United States. In addition, any jurisdiction included on the FATF blacklist at the relevant time (including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, and Myanmar) is treated as a Prohibited Territory. Malaysia is not on this list.

Account Rules

Only one DK88 account per person is permitted. Multi-account attempts, using another person’s identity to open a parallel account, coordinated group registrations, fraudulent chargebacks, or collusion with other users all trigger the Wagering Contract annulment clause: bonuses and any wager-generated winnings are removed, and the accounts involved may be closed at the operator’s discretion.

Accounts are not transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or shared with another individual. The operator reserves the right to close any account at its discretion at any time, without providing a specific reason. Where an account is closed by the operator on discretionary grounds, the remaining real-money balance is returned to the user, net of any applicable withdrawal fees. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for every action taken while their account is logged in.

Betting and Payout Limits

The DK88 platform operates within defined stake and payout ceilings that apply across every casino and sportsbook product.

User balances are displayed in MYR, but the underlying platform operating currency is USD. Automatic conversion may occur when funds move into or out of an account through the cashier, and the operator is not responsible for any losses arising from such currency conversions.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of Curaçao, where DK88 is licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao.

Where a translated version of these Terms is made available in a language other than English, the English version is the controlling text in the event of any discrepancy or dispute over interpretation.
